Communications & Events Manager

Independently oversees a comprehensive communications program for a unit or school with moderately complex communications requirements. The communications program usually includes written, visual, digital and electronic communications. Works with management to develop and execute organizational communication and market branding strategy. Designs and implements information campaigns. Works with management and clients to create, develop, and implement long and short term strategic communications plans and/or projects. Under general supervision, handle interactions with major gift prospects, donors, and Board of Advisors through email and/or phone, discuss issues and process requests in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in driving CE-CERT's mission by providing strategic support for the center's priority initiatives. This may include coordinating the completion and collection of meeting materials, compiling background materials associated with CE-CERT initiatives, preparing fact-sheets.
