Working under the direction of the Chief Public Affairs Officer, the Community and Special Events Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance relationships between our organization and the Tulsa and Oklahoma City communities as well as be the process owner for special events utilizing EMSA services. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute community outreach strategies, programs, events, and initiatives to actively engage with residents within the EMSA system. Provide on-site oversight as needed at special events as well as post event follow up to monitor customer experiences and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the community. Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
