Community Engagement Coordinator

OVERVIEW: The North Flint Food Market (NFFM) is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Community Engagement Coordinator (CEC) to foster meaningful connections between the co-op and its member-owners, potential members, and the broader community. The CEC will play a pivotal role in promoting the co-op’s mission, planning and organizing outreach initiatives, increasing membership, and building alignment around the vision and mission of a cooperative, community-centered grocery store. • Organize and facilitate events such as food tastings, workshops, and informational meetings to educate the community about the co-op’s mission, vision, and progress. • 2+ years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or program coordination. • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
