Who We Are: What You’ll Be Doing: • Serve as a point of contact for event renters • Support logistics for event planning, including scheduling, orientations, and rental documentation • Provide on-site assistance during evening and weekend events, including trouble shooting A/V functionality and building operating systems. • Conduct post-event walk-throughs, assess and record the condition of the space, take action as needed for any immediate post-event needs, and collect user feedback • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management, website updates, and promotional content • Provide tracking assistance/data entry for bookings, contracts, and communications related to events • Collaborative environment with a talented team of professionals who care about their work and how it impacts the success of the organization • Opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Anchorage’s cultural and arts community • Exposure to a diverse community of venue users.
