Works as part of the Community Events team and Community Relations Department on a variety of programming, events, and marketing. Supervision Exercised: While this position does not directly supervise staff, they will be responsible for coordinating projects and events amongst team members and volunteers to effectively perform the functions necessary to complete implementation and production of community events. Ensures all vendors are put under contract and provide liability insurance when applicable. • * Strong communication skills, detailed planning, cooperation, and compliance with such vendors to create and maintain a strong partnership for continued success. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors.
