• Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members in the planning and execution of events, ensuring a team-driven approach. • Participates in the mission of the organization of “Enhancing property values and creating quality of life through recreation, community events, and leadership.” • Performs related duties as assigned and required. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors. Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university is required, or equivalent of education and experience. A minimum of two years of direct experience in planning and programming large scale events is desired.
