Location of Employment: 7225 Nova’s Landing, Sellersburg, IN 47172. · Consult with existing patients and referral sources including physicians, case managers, and social workers to determine objectives and requirements for events such as meetings, conferences, and conventions. · Coordinate events and services for events, such as transportation, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing, AV equipment and event security. · Negotiate contracts with such service providers and suppliers as nursing homes, rehab centers, assistive living facilities, and speakers. · Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services according to patient requirements.
