Your Experience and Skills include: • 3 to 8 years of experience in events, community, experiential marketing, or brand partnerships (fashion, lifestyle, or startup experience a major plus) • Ability to juggle multiple timelines, vendors, and moving parts without missing a beat. You can be nimble and scrappy when needed. • You have a strong aesthetic sense and instinct for what’s on-brand and culturally relevant • You are tapped into Gen Z and Millennial trends, local creators, and what’s buzzing on social • You take initiative, move quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment • Passionate about fashion, community, and sustainable practices that challenge the status quo • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, including the ability to drive and/or rent a car.
