Event Coordinator Job Summary: As an Event Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to create and provide an excellent Apartment Life (AL) experience to residents and staff in an apartment community. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and host events that care for and connect residents with one another and with services or local businesses in the wider community • Provide personalized support and care to residents and staff • Enhance online reputation by encouraging residents to share their experiences • Develop marketing materials, such as monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts • Manage event budgets effectively • Prepare monthly summaries • Collaborate with staff and program directors for planning, equipping, and development • Engage a support team of volunteers, vendors, and other community partners to maximize impact Benefits:
