In order to accomplish the required functions associated with this job, the Outreach Specialist/ Project Manager will perform the duties detailed below: • Research, analyze, plan, organize, coordinate, and implement initiatives to facilitate awareness of prescription drug trafficking, abuse, and registrant/industry programs within the field division's area of responsibility. • Able to work as part of a team or independently with minimal direction. • Skill in oral and written communication to effectively establish and maintain contacts/relationships/partnerships • Ability to interact, coordinate, collaborate, and network with agencies/organizations; disseminate information; respond to inquiries and initiatives; clearly and respectfully provide information • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook), technology systems, and communications tools (Adobe). • Ability to travel 5% of the month or as needed.
