Community Relations Assistant & Event Coordinator

The Community Relations Assistant (CRD Assistant) is responsible for assisting the Community Relations Director (CRD) on all sales and marketing activities including all sales efforts, the lead bank and sufficient calls required for sales conversions, coordinating special events, gathering appropriate documentation for move-ins and communicating with The Community Relations Director on all appropriate matters. Community Relations Assistant is responsible for assisting the Community Relations Director by giving tours to prospective residents and those who have inquired about the services of the community. Communication in a timely manner with community staff is required to keep the Community Relations Director, the Health Services Team and the Executive Director informed of the current disposition of each lead. The Community Relations Assistant is responsible for insuring that they work in a safe manner and that unsafe actions are to be reported. Should workplace injuries occur, the Department Heads and Directors are to assist the Community Relations Director when required with the investigation, return to work, and management of the injured worker communication with care provider and Arbor Village at Hillcrest.
