At the direction of the Community Manager, the Concierge will be responsible for greeting persons entering the building, maintaining courteous communication with residents and assisting residents with their needs. • Assist in delivering resident notices, renewal letters, etc. Concierge and Event Planner Qualifications: • Prior customer service experience required, experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred • High organizational skills • Strong communication skills • High level of attention to detail • Great presentation and interaction with clients and residents required • Excellent customer service skills required • Experience with Yardi preferred Background Check & Drug Screen Policy Thrive Communities reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice
