Key Responsibilities The Banquet Concierge will be responsible for: • Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently. • Maintaining constant communication with relevant managers. The Banquet Concierge will work closely with the Director of Event Operations and Event Services Manager to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
