This role has been created to streamline and enhance the Cescaphe client experience during the front end of the event process and is essential to the success of Cescaphe events. The Wedding Planning Specialist is responsible for working very closely with booked clients to assist them in the wedding planning process and to be the liaison between Cescaphe, the client, and the vendor. The Wedding Planning Specialist is expected to provide their clients with a personalized and genuine Cescaphe experience. • Once we educate the client on their options, answer any questions they may have, we then connect the client directly with the outside vendor. • You may be working with a client for up to 12-18 months; we want to assure they feel truly valued by our Cescaphe team for the entire duration of their planning process.
