This position will work for BMS Re, the specialist reinsurance arm of BMS Group. The Conference and Event Coordinator plans, manages, synchronizes and executes the essential details of external employee events and industry conferences, working closely with Global Marketing and US Marketing to promote the brand, services, and products. A major facet of BMS Re's marketing and sales effort is through participation in external, industry-specific, professional conferences administered by outside organizations and internal conferences led by BMS Re. The Conference and Event Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for specific, identified conferences across the business, working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. Another facet of BMS Re's marketing and sales effort is hosting external events for prospects, clients, and markets, such as client dinners, receptions, happy hours, or roundtable/speaking events.
