Conference and Event Planner/Coordinator

Meet with Conference Planning Committees to understand the purpose of the meeting or event. Maintain strong internal and external communications and develop relationships with all event stakeholders, including attendees, staff, and vendor partners. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. Travel and work as needed to attend events and client meetings (may include overnights and weekends).
