The ideal candidate is a team player with a hands-on attitude, who can manage all conference and event logistics for the firm's Sales team. • Research venues, negotiate contracts, and assist with agenda and content development to enhance event effectiveness. • Manage all aspects of due diligence meetings, including registration, travel coordination, accommodations, menu planning, and on-site logistics. • Facilitate selling agreements and complete necessary forms.
