The Conference and Events Manager leads the planning and execution of statewide events for the Texas Restaurant Association and Texas Restaurant Foundation. This role manages logistics, vendors, budgeting, sponsorship fulfillment, and on-site operations for major programs including the Texas Restaurant Show, Texas Restaurant Awards, Texas ProStart Invitational, and chapter-level events across the state. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in large-scale event management, vendor negotiation, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination. Key Functions • Plan and manage logistics for TRA and Foundation conferences, programs, and statewide events. • Collaborate with Marketing to support event promotion and post-event reporting.
