EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR a bright and communicative key INDIVIDUAL as our CONFERENCE CENTER AND MEETING COORDINATOR where you will monitor all meetings that are planned for the day, do all catering orders/menu planning, sets up food/beverages for meetings and events, monitor and order catering supplies, stock pantries throughout the office space, participate in event planning for employees (i.e. Halloween, Summer social events, Thanksgiving luncheon, Happy Hours, weekly lunches, dessert socials,), and serve as an occasional backup for the front desk but is not the primary backup.You will use our meeting room database to track and organize events. Candidates who possess these skills will thrive in this dynamic role as they contribute to creating memorable experiences for our LAW FIRM guests. Law firm preferred but it can be in any formal setting. Pay is to 62K with overtime and EXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS!!!
