This position is the gatekeeper to two main functions within Workplace Solutions, Scheduling Coordination and Workplace Solutions Center team. Workplace Solutions Center: • Manage facility service requests and customer calls via Facility Services Portal and Outlook • Track customer issues/activities in WS platforms, schedule appropriate vendor resources and escalate service requests to the appropriate functional team within Workplace Solutions.
