The coordinator oversees registration development for the annual conference, the Statewide meetings, Quarterly meetings and ad hoc training programs. • Develops registration forms, agendas, Continuing Education (CE) tables and online registrations set up for Statewide meetings to include, Winter/Summer Statewide meetings, US meetings, Quarterly meetings, and Pennsylvania Permanency Conference and other Statewide meetings, as assigned • Analyzes usage of event management system registration monthly and presents to Voce Director of Finance and Business Operations and Accounting and Finance Coordinator.
