Essential Functions: • Administer and maintain conference registration systems, including buildout, monitoring, and customer service support. • Assist with management of event technology platforms (e.g., mobile app, abstract management systems, virtual platforms). • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (1-2 times annually), as needed. • Customer service mindset with ability to anticipate needs and work calmly and effectively under tight timelines.
