Conference & Event Coordinator

Reporting to the Conference & Events Manager, the Conference and Event Coordinator will be responsible for proactively coordinating workflow for a variety of events supporting three distinct insurance brands. This role requires strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage project deadlines and coordinate across internal functional areas and external vendors to ensure a successful event. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide logistical support and workflow coordination for conferences and meetings. • Order supplies as needed for events • Order and maintain conference/sales promotional giveaways • Ability to travel domestically and globally at least 10-15% of the time • Other tasks as necessary for projects supporting the sales and/or distribution of the company's products • Detail oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills.
