Conference & Events Specialist

As we continue to... expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a talented Conference and Events Specialist to join our team and drive our conference and event marketing efforts to new heights. The Conference and Events Specialist will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our company's participation in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events with the Conference Strategy Manager. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional items, to enhance the company's presence at events in conjunction with Conference Strategy Manager. Provide project management support for the conference strategy manager by assisting in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Jira projects to streamline project workflows and team collaboration. Maintain accurate inventory records to track the usage and availability of promotional materials throughout the conference and event planning process.
