The Conference Planner, Training Programs supports the planning, coordination, and execution of onboarding and training programs for non-quota-bearing associates. This role plays a key part in the FastStart to Success onboarding program by delivering engaging, immersive learning experiencesboth virtual and in-personthat equip new hires with foundational knowledge of business, culture, and conference operations. The Conference Planner manages end-to-end logistics for in-person onboarding events across multiple locations annually, supports training content updates, and contributes to early career development initiatives. Training and Onboarding Support • Support the creation, editing, and maintenance of onboarding and training resources across learning platforms. • Support engagement and development initiatives for early career programs.
