The Conference Planning Manager serves as a liaison between the hotel and the client once a sales manager has completed the contract. The Conference Planning Manager is responsible for managing the groups stay (pre-arrival through post-departure and ensures that all departments are aware of the requirements including the meeting room, guestroom, food & beverage, transportation and all additional ancillary requirements of the group. The Conference planning manager is responsible for creating banquet event orders and group briefs for distribution to all managers.
