The Conference Services Manager serves as the liaison between the Client, Sales Manager, and Event Operations Team, and is responsible for the efficient and professional coordination of any assigned convention, conference, or meeting group. • Conducts event detailing meetings with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, as well as advise clients on recommended food, beverage, and operational choices. • Advises sales staff as to ability to accommodate client demands. • Must have the ability to communicate in English. • Experience with CI/TY a plus.
