Conferences and Events Coordinator (Temporary)

It is extremely important that candidates for this role live in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia area with flexibility to be in the office an average of 3 days/week. Conference Support – • Maintain overall conference calendar, working with the Marketing Partners to confirm participation and key details • Draft logistical & marketing planning documents using the provided standard template to track ongoing logistical information and promotional marketing plans for each event • Leverage Trello and Jira, project management platforms, to update and track internal event deliverables and deadlines, such as deadlines for exhibit orders, social media plans, etc. Miscellaneous – • Manage and track the inventory and distribution of conference assets, including booth graphics, collateral, giveaways, and display materials • Update the Senior Manager of Experience Marketing on conference activities, including successes and challenges • Minimal travel may be requested for local conferences, to be confirmed by the Senior Manager of Experience Marketing • Save all payment invoices and receipts to support credit card reconciliation at the end of each month
