Consultant – Event ProductionSeeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Production Consultant to support the planning, execution, and production of corporate events, trade shows, and marketing programs. This role combines event management, creative design, vendor coordination, and operational support to deliver high-quality brand experiences.Key Responsibilities:Support planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and company programsDesign and produce event marketing assets including digital graphics, print collateral, signage, presentations, and branded merchandiseManage branded merchandise programs, online store content, and promotional campaignsCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event deliverySupport event logistics, communications, expense management, and post-event activitiesLead print production activities including vendor management, proofing, quality control, and deadlinesMaintain event calendars, documentation, inventories, and promotional materialsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or related field3+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative services, or communicationsStrong project management, organizational, and communication skillsExperience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent graphic design tools)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with branded merchandise programs and print productionExperience with Workfront or similar project management toolsKnowledge of promotional products and logo merchandise decorationExperience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
