Job Description & Responsibilities • Attend and team meetings as needed (virtually or in person) • Review timelines, floor plans, and other planning documents • Attend and assist event rehearsals, set-up, and day-of logistics, and tear down • Coordinate with venue staff, vendors, and the Cook Event Co team • Represent Cook Event Co. professionally and warmly at every step • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
