The Convening & Event Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of all events and meetings at the Elevation Convening Center & Hotel. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. • Coordinate with the Revenue Manager for any additional room bookings and applicable rates. • Communicate changes in the rooming list to the Reservations Manager for updating in Opera. • Create a Group Resume and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with accurate and detailed information for the client to sign.
