Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Convention Coordinator at Charlotte Marriott City Center. Qualifications • Excellent Communication skills • Experience in Convention Services, Event Planning, and Event Management • Experience in coordinating Trade Shows • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field • Familiarity with Marriott's event planning processes and systems is a plus
