Join our team as a Catering Coordinator and bring your energy and enthusiasm to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests!Summary:Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-upWork closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service throughout the planning processAssist in menu planning, including customization and dietary accommodationsCoordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including banquet, culinary, and audiovisual teamsManage event timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth operationsProvide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionallyAssist in the preparation of event orders, setup sheets, and other necessary documentationContribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goalsIf you have a passion for creating extraordinary events, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you!QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredPrevious experience in event planning or catering coordinationStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiencesProficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredBenefitsDavidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
