The Banquet & Catering Sales Coordinator is responsible for planning and overseeing food, beverage, and entertainment events. This role involves managing internal events for various departments, ensuring all details are meticulously handled, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process. • Receive internal requests and detail the event in Delphi with the internal client, including securing a menu and connecting with the AV Team. • Maintain the Property Events calendar via Outlook. required; experience with Kronos, Delphi, and Stratton Warren preferred.
