Coordinator, Corporate Events

Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Events this position is primarily responsible for supporting the planning and execution of AIA’s strategic events, as well as providing logistical support for various association meetings (in-person, hybrid, and virtual). Assist in the design, development, and execution of marketing and outreach strategies under the direction of the Senior Director, Corporate Events. Experience • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality, conference planning or special events.
