Coordinator, Event Marketing

On Location Experiences is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join the company’s marketing team, supporting all sports divisions within the business throughout our various marketing channels. The role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and work closely with other cross-functional teams. Other Skills and Abilities • Overall sports/event landscape and marketing knowledge and experience is a plus • Ability to develop a positive and effective relationship with coworkers, partners and customers • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to produce accurate, professional and error-free documents • Demonstration of strong oral and written communication skills Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role with use of a marketing automation platform, Pardot preferred.
