Coordinator Event Planning - Full Time

Coordinates, schedules and maintains audiovisual equipment and teleconferencing equipment. Delivers or supervises delivery and set-up of food and related materials to designated locations, as well as assists in the preparation of all Event Planning activities to include set up, clean up and food preparation. Trains hospital staff in the operation of multimedia, teleconferencing and LCD equipment. • Verifies room setup with the Event Planning Supervisor. • Assists in preparation of all Event Planning activities to include set up, clean up and food preparation.
