Event Planning & Coordination • Support with planning, marketing, and facilitating awareness and fundraising events • Coordinate volunteer recruitment and provide admin support for sponsorship outreach • Manage event logistics, setup, and follow-up activities • Create event marketing materials and promotional campaigns • Oversee event budgets • Available to work extended hours the week of October 20th, 2025, and attend the event on October 24, 2025 ✅ Flexible Schedule: Part-time hours with flexibility based on your preferences If you're passionate about making a difference in healthcare and want to develop your skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you!
