Reporting to the Associate Director of Athletics for Event Operations, the primary role of the Coordinator of Event Operations is to support Princeton's 38 varsity teams through game day management, assist with the coordination of University events, manage tailgates, review emergency action plan and the athletics scheduling calendar, assist in the management of the daily operations and work order requests of athletic facilities and provide assistance on special projects. • Coordinate locker room assignments for all events. • Assist managing the daily operations of Jadwin Gymnasium and Bubble under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Operations including: ensure all facility policies and procedures are enforced; record keeping of all monies collected from indoor tennis usage; assist with the coordination and oversight of all recreational and rental groups. • Assist in preparing budgets and coordinating all operational aspects of running all post- season championship events for the NCAA, ECAC and Ivy League. • 1-3 years’ experience in Event Management required.
