Coordinator of Special Events

Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of alumni and community engagement programming.Plan and manage events from start to finish, including Homecoming/Reunion and Bee Happy Hour.Coordinate vendors, campus partners, and volunteers; develop promotional materials; complete event reporting and tracking.Execute special events aligned with institutional priorities (e.g., McMullen Awards).Assist with donor events, including Day of Giving and Wine Festival (planning, marketing, auctions).Build relationships with alumni and donors; support engagement and solicitation initiatives.Assist with student engagement programming, Senior Reception, and annual giving efforts.Maintain accurate data entry and reporting; ensure data integrity in advancement systems.Support events requiring occasional evenings, weekends, and limited travel.
