Responsibilities • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of 30+ student employees for the Jaguar Student Activity Center. • Develop and implement training programs for student employees on their roles and customer service expectations. • Schedule and coordinate a variety of events and activities within the student center, including student organization events and university functions. • Develop and implement event policies and procedures to ensure successful event execution. • Ability to supervise student staff and collaborate with various university departments.
