Our client, a well-known and established Hedge Fund in New York, NY, is looking to add a Corporate Access Coordinator to join their team! Responsibilities of this position include setting up virtual meetings and webinars for corporate events, managing the firm's CRM platform to organize client data, and updating the firm's events and marketing calendars. • *Financial Services experience is a MUST Responsibilities Include: • Assisting clients and employees with scheduling and coordinating corporate events • Setting up in-person and virtual meetings • Managing the firm's conference platform and CRM Requirements: • 2-5 years' experience in a corporate access position, preferably for a hedge fund • Familiarity with any online conference platform and/or CRM • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
