Corporate and Workplace Solutions – Workplace Experience – Event Management Analyst, Dallas

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To • Plan select events across the firm – from budgeting to venue/vendor selection to contracting to logistics management to execution • Partner with global team to manage annual business strategy, event commercial management, service excellence, best practices and innovation opportunities for a portfolio of events • Build and maintain accurate and thorough event budgets, manage weekly approvals with global team, and manage regular financial reporting • Take ownership and be accountable for overall success of the event • Manage relationship with key internal stakeholders, including senior executives • Proactively follow-up on post event evaluation • Protect the firm’s and business’ reputation, and adherence to the firm’s processes and regular review of regulatory requirements
