Corporate Event and Workplace Administrator is a dual-function role responsible for helping to plan and execute corporate events while providing high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. Workplace Services Coordinate and maintain company event and workspaces to uphold safety standards, cleanliness, and functional use, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations by working with internal teams and external vendors. Manage service contracts, vendor relationships, and facility-related budgets. Skills: Commitment to Excellence: Results-driven with a focus on leading from the front with attention detail and a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and dependability Communication: Clear and efficient communication with staff, vendors, and upper management and excellent written & verbal skills Critical Thinking: Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail to resolve issues, by proactively identifying solutions and an ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time effectively and drive to full completion while meeting deadlines.
