Corporate Event Coordinator Consultant This is a temporary role (est. 12+ months) and will pay up to $42.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. Responsibilities • Assist with the planning of investment conferences • Provide on-site support (program deliverables, marketing communications, registration/invitation copy/promotions, event logistics) • Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to clients for each project • Maintain event calendar • Keep track of event finances, including invoicing and monthly management reporting • Oversee event registration including tracking attendance and reservations • Submit event invoices and maintain event tracker • Provide event analysis and reporting (Return on Investment) • Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of Event Planning experience (required) in the financial services/asset management industries (highly preferred) • CVENT and Salesforce experience a highly preferred • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Must be able to anticipate project needs, prioritize work, meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary • Provide outstanding client service, is an enthusiastic professional and is able to build relationships with internal and external clients and vendors
