Role Overview The Director of Conferences is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of non-HCP, internal, and external meetings across all Shionogi US departments. This individual will bring meeting planning expertise to Shionogi US, with responsibilities including managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and executing programs on-time and within budget while ensuring compliance. The role requires significant relationship management of internal stakeholders, including interfacing with C-suite level executives and high-profile customers. • Proven experience overseeing meeting and event management programs, resources, vendors, and vendor staff for onsite, remote, and hybrid meetings.
