Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-profile corporate events. About the Role • Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, including site selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful event execution • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored event solutions • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to stay ahead of the curve Required Skills and Qualifications • 7-10 years of experience in corporate events or related agency, official services contractor, or tradeshow production experience • 5 years of sales or business development experience a plus • Experience working with various graphic substrates and different exhibit systems preferred • Strong budgetary management and negotiation skills • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Resourcefulness - must possess innovative problem-solving and decision-making skills • Flexible, energetic, and able to multi-task while navigating rapid turnaround times • Top-notch communication skills, both oral and written • Self-motivated with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Proficient in multisystem management • Ability to foster customer relationships and client retention • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Benefits • Potential for career growth and professional development • Opportunity to work on high-profile events and develop your expertise • A collaborative and dynamic work environment • A competitive salary and benefits package
