You'll manage all aspects of internal staff-related events, including coordination with vendors, hotel contracting, catering, budget management, and cross-departmental collaboration. • Vendor and Hotel Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels and vendors. • Experience: 2-5 years in event management and planning. • Technical Skills: Strong budgeting skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer.
