ALTA IT Services is staffing a contract opportunity for a Corporate Event Planner to support a leading health insurance customer. Implements memorable events by developing strategic plans and process, working cross functionally and suggesting innovative ideas. Leads event and hospitality management process and serves as the point person with event vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate details of events/hospitality including billing, logistics, promotion, vendor and agency management and other duties. On event day meet and maintain contact with the client, manage the schedule of the day, caters, registration, guests, security, parking, AV, IT, housekeeping and what is needed for the success of the event in accordance with the Conference Services Guidelines.
