Corporate Event Planner, Special Events- Cescaphe, Philadelphia, PA

The Corporate Event Planner is dedicated to delivering a personalized experience at Cescaphe and possesses in-depth knowledge of local vendors, industry trends, and events in Philadelphia. The Corporate Event Planner is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Cescaphe’s preferred vendors. We are working with our vendors to ensure our clients have the best planning experience possible. You may be working with a client for up to 12-18 months; we want to assure them that they feel truly valued by our Cescaphe team for the entire planning process. Additional Requirements: • Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, you may be required to work some nights and weekends in the office or via telephone/skype, etc.– this availability is required.
